| Samsara founding members Jamie Ben-Azay, Rebecca Anders, and Susan Appe, as well as recent members Loren Olds and mary ann brooks are activists, teachers,
musicians and artists.
As Samsara we have performed everywhere from the
streets to the union halls, as active participants in and organizers of numerous
benefits, protests and demonstrations for social, economic and environmental
justice. Our a capella music unites fierce, passionate work for justice with extraordinary vocal music. We strive to connect the music of struggle, freedom and tradition, as part of the new generation of the culture of resistance.
